Facility Scheduling
The use of any parish facility by any parish organization for any meeting or event must be scheduled through the parish office. Rental of parish facilities by parishioners and non-profit organizations is permitted depending upon availability. A rental agreement and fee, damage deposit, certificate of insurance, and proof of non-profit status are required. Narthex Use
All parish organizations wishing to conduct activities involving event registration, ticket sales, information distribution, etc. after weekend Masses in the church narthex must be pre-scheduled through the parish office. For more information, contact John Meyer, (425) 822-0295 x207.
Wedding Receptions
May be scheduled for a fee in one of two parish facilities—the Holy Family Room in the parish center (capacity 75) and the Social Hall in the education center (capacity 300). For more information, contact Karen Schweitzer at the parish office, (425) 822-0295 x228.
